Visual Note-taking at Virtual Events
I specialize in Virtual Visual Note-taking, whether it's in-person, hybrid, or virtual events. When it comes to events that are already virtual, there's not much to think about - I can join like everyone else, capture the key takeaways, and share my screen with the attendees in real-time!
With hybrid or in-person events, the extra twist is that we have to make sure that I can hear everyone - whether they are in the room or joining online - and that they can project my canvas to the attendees in both locations.
My collaborations with the International Water Management Association (IWMI) have been a great example of just how seamless this all can be. I've supported them at online, hybrid, and in-person events alike, shared my canvas real-time, and even walked the attendees through the key takeaways I captured!

The International Water Management Institute (IWMI), the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) and The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS; also known as CEDEAO) organizes many events together - from Virtual Seminars to multi-day Conferences. I've had the honour of supporting these at multiple occasions.

The virtual event consisted of many elements and engaging activities, but I was asked to focus on 3 main parts: the Keynote, the Panel Discussion, and the Q&A.

At the end of each of these events, I was given the space to introduce myself and reveal the graphic, which was a great surprise to the attendees and a wonderful way to wrap up the events.
