Strategic Visuals

Strategic Visuals are graphics we build together that help simplify your message and solve complex challenges. They align teams on their Strategy, Journey, Values, etc. and help to communicate all of this in simple and effective ways! We sometimes elicit the information during meetings and workshops, other times by summarizing and distilling information from various conversations and documents. Some examples of Strategic Visuals are Journey Mapping, Purpose or Goal Visualisation, Values Graphics and Strategy Design

A Strategic Visual allows you to simplify a complex document, conversation, recording, or event, into a Visual Summary to share with your stakeholders. We can take dense materials and transform them into something more visually appealing and widely accessible.
