Live Graphic Recording at the Caribbean Evaluation Space

CEvalSpace 2026 forum was hosted by the Caribbean Development Bank, and was the first event of its kind! The forum was held in Bridgetown, Barbados, and brought together people from across the Caribbean (and beyond) to share knowledge, learn from one another, and work towards a stronger Caribbean Evaluation Ecosystem.
The enthusiasm of the organizing team shined through the entire conference, making it fantastic to show up every day... and I'm so grateful to Stephanie Bishop and Sacha-Marie Hill Lindo for their creative collaboration along the way.
There was such a strong sense of shared purpose, with each session contributing in its own way to building a stronger evaluation community across the region. My role was to capture each of these sessions via Live Graphic Recording, both for the attendees in the room, and to reach a wider audience post-event on social media.
I captured CEvalSpace 2026 via Remote Graphic Recording, which allowed me to tune into specific sessions and share my canvas in real-time.

Live Graphic Recording at CEvalSpace 2026
A big shout-out to CDB for making Live Graphic Recording such an integral part of the conference!
Sharing the visuals in real-time at the event meant that attendees could see the canvases develop, giving everyone another way to connect with the conversations and revisit key takeaways.
At the end of each day, they shared the visual summary of the day as a way to recap what's been discussed and close the day.
The visuals have since been shared individually on social media, recapping each session. Visit the Caribbean Development Bank's social platforms to see these visual summaries accompanied by more information on each session!

Visual Summaries of the CEvalSpace Days
By combining key sessions onto a single 'Canvas of the Day', we provided a seamless daily overview without losing the ability to share individual sessions after the event.
